TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. General

These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through the KEEP Goalkeeping B.V. webshop. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Orders

Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Your order is considered accepted once your payment has been successfully processed.

3. Prices & Payment

All prices shown on the webshop include VAT unless stated otherwise. Payment must be made using one of the payment methods offered during checkout.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. KEEP Goalkeeping B.V. is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are clearly displayed during the checkout process before your order is completed.

6. Returns

You may return your order within 14 days of receiving it, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and, where reasonably possible, returned in its original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was delivered incorrectly or is defective.

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days using the original payment method.

7. Warranty

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us as soon as possible using the contact details on our website. We will work with you to find a suitable solution.

8. Liability

KEEP Goalkeeping B.V. is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product concerned, unless otherwise required by law.

9. Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your information is handled with care and will only be shared with third parties where necessary to process your order or where required by law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Netherlands.
